Pediatric Health Choice at The Children’s Secret Garden is a comprehensive inclusive child care center. We offer both traditional child care services (awarded the prestigious 5 star level in the Delaware STARS program and Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) services for children with medical needs requiring skilled nursing care.

The Children’s Secret Garden is licensed by the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services and The Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families. We serve lower New Castle and Kent County, Delaware. We hire the best and most talented people to deliver the highest quality of service to our children.
